Our pricing is based on the following:
Accounting basis: Cash or Accrual based
Number of clients’ invoices to be entered for the accrual accounting
Number of receipts to be entered
Monthly or quarterly financial statements in addition to annual financial statements
Below are the current monthly service rates:
Annual Revenue not greater than $250,000
0 – 50 transactions $175 - $185
51 – 100 transactions $195 - $210
> 100 transactions $235 -$250
2. Annual Revenue $251,000 - $1 Million
0 – 50 transactions $220 - $230
51 – 100 transactions $260 - $280
> 100 transactions $295 - $310
3. Annual Revenue greater than $1 Million
Monthly rate starts from $450 depending on the number of transactions.
TAX RETURN SERVICES
Corporate Tax Returns (T2)
Client provide a prepared financial statement $950 - $1,500
Accounts compilation required $1,500 - $2,300
Sole Proprietor (business financials with personal income tax - T1)
Basic returns with less than $100,000 annual business revenue $550 - $850
Complex returns with business revenue greater than $100,00 $950 -$1,350
ADVISORY SERVICES
Business Registration / Incorporation Services: $1,150 - $1,350

Formation documents: First directors & Shareholders resolution
